When will my order ship?

Our standard processing time for orders range from 2 to 3 business days. Any orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern on Friday's, will normally ship on the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?

We ship all of our orders using USPS. First class mail can take between 4 to 7 business days (U.S. Customers) and between 2 to 3 weeks for International customers. Please be aware that the postal service does not guarantee these times and could take longer if they are running behind schedule. Please check out our Shipping Policy page for more information.

 

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

If you have accidentally received a wrong item, please email us by filling out the form on the Contact page. Someone from our team will be in touch and will ask you to provide an image of the item you received. We will help correct any issues.

 

How do I return an item?

If you need to make an exchange or return, please make sure to email us first using the contact form on the Contact page. A customer service team member will assist you through the process. You can find more information on our return policy here.

 

Can I customize a product?

At this time, we do not offer any customization.

 

How can I track my package?

Once we fulfill an order, you will automatically receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive an email, you may have entered your info incorrectly, or it may have been sent to your spam/junk folder. Feel free to contact us for assistance.

 

What if my hook broke?

Our hooks are made of pewter, which is a soft metal and can bend or break if enough pressure is applied incorrectly. Each bracelet is assembled by hand, so we check each and everyone for quality before they are packaged. We do not offer free replacements for items that are broken by the customer. We do sell replacement parts if you would like to order them. Please contact us for details on ordering them.

 

My knot came undone.

Where are your products made?

Our bracelets are all made 100% here in the U.S.A.

Some of our apparel are manufactured in different countries, but we print, package and ship them from our facility here in Florida.
