When will my order ship?

We work hard to ship orders within 1 to 2 business day. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern on Friday's, will normally ship on the following Monday.

 

When will I receive my order?

We ship all of our orders using USPS. First class mail can take between 4 to 7 business days (U.S. Customers) and between 2 to 3 weeks for International customers. We do offer Priority Shipping, which typically takes between 1 to 3 days. Please be aware that the postal service does not guarantee these times and could take longer if they are running behind schedule.

 

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

If you have accidentally received a wrong item, please email us by filling out the form on the Contact page. Someone from our team will be in touch and will ask you to provide an image of the item you received. We will help correct any issues.

 

How do I return an item?

If you need to make an exchange or return, please make sure to email us first using the contact form on the Contact page. A customer service team member will assist you through the process.

 

Can I customize a product?

At this time, we do not offer any customization.

 

How can I track my package?

Once we fulfill an order, you will automatically receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive an email, you may have entered your info incorrectly. Feel free to contact us for assistance.
