Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your Chasing Fin purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return new, unworn, or unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.
To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Chasing Fin is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Bracelet Sizing Exchange Policy
We understand that finding the perfect bracelet fit can sometimes require an adjustment. Chasing Fin offers size exchanges for bracelets within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a sizing exchange:
  • Bracelets must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
$12.99 sizing exchange fee per bracelet will apply. This fee helps cover handling, processing, and return shipping of the replacement item.
Customers are responsible for shipping the original bracelet back to us.
Once your bracelet is received and inspected, we will send a payment link for the bracelet exchange fee. Once payment is received, we will ship the replacement size.

Only one sizing exchange per bracelet is permitted.

Trying On Products
We understand you may wish to try items for fit. Please ensure:
  • Items remain clean and unworn
  • No deodorant, fragrance, or makeup marks
  • Tags remain attached
Items returned in unacceptable condition may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection. Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Lost Packages
Chasing Fin is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier.
All shipped packages include tracking information. Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Missing Packages Marked "Delivered"
If your package is marked as Delivered but you did not receive it:
  • Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777
  • File a claim using your tracking number
Chasing Fin cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

Purchases From Retailers
This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through www.chasingfin.com.
Items purchased through authorized dealers or retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
