Chasing Fin is a USA-based, locally operated business in Orlando, Florida. All of our bracelets are handcrafted and hand assembled in Orlando, Florida, USA. Because of this commitment to quality and craftsmanship, orders may require additional production time before shipping.
We take pride in delivering carefully crafted products and appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from info@chasingfin.com.

We are not Amazon Prime and do not offer same-day shipping. If you select 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping, this refers to transit time after processing, not the day the order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Chasing Fin is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
All packages include tracking information.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the package.
Chasing Fin is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows your package as Delivered, Chasing Fin is not responsible for missing packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your delivery area
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier using your tracking number
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from Chasing Fin are shipped via independent carriers such as USPS or other shipping providers. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Chasing Fin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping
International orders typically ship within 5 business days, excluding customs processing times.
Customers are responsible for:

These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Chasing Fin.
